At JPMC, we are committed to helping our customers not worry about their property management needs. Considering the impacts of our current economic environment on today’s economy and our people, we believe that our “CUSTOMER-CENTRIC” approach is even more important in showing the need to always have someone on your side protecting your interests. Property management at JPMC is not primarily about managing property but is the management of an asset for an owner and a home for a family. The interests and safety of both our owners and tenants are imperative. As such, we will stay updated on all licensing and rental laws and regulations and work closely with both our owners and tenants to ensure compliance. With our training, experience, and knowledge, we will ensure that no stone is left unturned in providing you with the quality of service you deserve.

“Having experienced being a tenant and as I continue being an owner to today, I see every day how the line gets blurred, and both tenants and owners treat this experience as just a business. When I founded JPMC, I understood that I was joining an already saturated property management market. However, I saw a need for personalization, accountability, and transparency. As such, I am committed to making “customer-centricity” a primarily used approach in our partnership, where everything we do begins and ends with you, the customer, tenant, and owner. Graduating with a master’s degree in business administration, Bobby also holds certifications as a Change Manager, Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, Re-Engineering Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In our partnership, Bobby is committed to using those skills, training, and abilities to deliver on his vision and mission to exceed his customer’s expectations and provide unmatched customer service.
