MANAGEMENT RATE
5% - 8%We have a highly competitive monthly management fee with you in mind. The monthly management fee will vary based on the number of units you have and your verified monthly rental fee.
LEASE RENEWAL FEE
Our lease renewal fee will be a fixed fee of $200 each year. This fee will be charged on the first month following the renewal of the new lease term.
RENTAL FEE
Whilst many property management companies charge homeowners 100% of one month’s rent to lease a vacant unit, Jabez Property Management, keeping you in mind, will charge ONLY 50%. This fee is charged when the tenant moves into the home.

  • NO RENTAL TERM CONTRACTS BETWEEN JPMC AND THE OWNER. WE ONLY REQUIRE 30 DAYS NOTICE.
